We have warm blankets, we have TVs that we can place some nice soothing shows on for you, headphones that you can listen to any type of music that you choose to, whatever helps you to feel more comfortable. We feel like we are inviting you into our family and making you a part of our family.
Man 1: I love the practice because of the professionalism. Combined with the friendliness, they are always friendly and checking on you just to make sure you’re okay. The care, I would say, is excellent. And I just really appreciate the fact that, you know, she will stop and say, “Let me know if something is painful,” or if something’s gonna be a little bit of a pinch, she’ll let you know.
Man 2: They’re friends in addition to just being very good dental people. There’s always humor in the background. A-plus as far as I’m concerned. I’m an engineer and so I enjoy someone who is organized and has things all kind of planned out. They are the best.
Woman: It’s kind of like a family. Everyone here knows my kids, and they know me, and my husband. We walk in and we’re greeted by name and they are always checking in on everyone and remembering what we talked about last time. It’s just a good atmosphere. The care is top-notch always. Everything. I’ve never had a problem. They just got us right in, got it fixed, got it taken care of. I never worry about calling in or worry about my kids coming in, I know they’re going to take care of them.
